It’s a margarita! It’s a beer! Lime, sour, tart and salty, it’s both. This version has sweet tangerine added as well! Poolside, on the beach or at the cottage, this is the beer you want for those hot summer days.

All the flavours of our original margarita but with jalapeño! With a nose and taste of fresh jalapeño peppers and just a hint of spiciness!

Leo’s michelada
While on vacation in Mexico, we were introduced to this savoury delight by our good friend Leonel. Touted as a “hangover cure”, each area of Mexico has their own variation. This is our homage to Leo! This salty, spicy and savoury beer keeps you going in for another taste! Enjoy on its own or rim a glass with Tajín and mix with Clamato.

Serendipity: An unplanned yet fortunate discovery. What was thought to be an unfortunate mistake turns out to be a really good sessionable beer! Lightly sweet, with the taste of red grapefruit that’s balanced with a lingering bitterness.

For spring we’ve created this strawberry rhubarb ale made with fresh from the garden produce. Light and crisp with a great mouth feel. Hints of strawberry flavour finishing dry from the tartness of the rhubarb.

Our house beer, Garage Time Ale. A nice, easy drinking beer that is crisp, light and refreshing. Spicy and floral notes.

Allie-Lu-yah! NEIPA
A hazy honey peach New England IPA. An effervescent brew that smells of stewed peaches and apricot compote. Aromatically enticing with the sweet taste of hearty, ripe peaches and a light lemon pie aftertaste. Leaves your cheeks tingling!

jumbleberry sour
Effervescent with a deep pink hue, reminiscent of candy floss. The fruity aroma of berry tickles the nose. Bubbly, tart and sour with a little zing. Tastes of field berries, citrus and a hint of cherry that will please your taste buds.

A crisp, clean tasting beer, with notes of graham cracker, toffee, and caramel, that transitions to a smooth and balanced finish.

STP - spruce tip pale ale
Starting with a caramel sweetness, it has the earthy, green flavour of spruce, finishing with hoppy bitterness.

county cascade Ipa
With citrusy aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit and light notes of passionfruit, this beer goes down smooth with a great balance of caramel flavour and floral notes. There is a bite of hoppiness in the finish.

Hibernating Mechanic Dark Lager
Rich & creamy, with dark malt flavour & light sweetness. Notes of brown sugar and caramel, finishing bittersweet with just a hint of char.

Notes of citrus & stonefruit on the nose. An IPA that’s light bodied & bright on the palate, ending in a lingering, hoppy finish.

A wee heavy Scotch ale with a rich and sweet malt flavour and aroma. There are notes of toffee and caramel and an earthiness from the light smoked peat flavour.

Maple nut madness brown ale
Malty, sweet goodness! This brown ale has hints of maple, nut and vanilla, witha a slight bitterness. It’s a treat for your tastebuds. Let it warm a little for the flavours to really come out.
